General Information on Accommodations
    Hotel Reservation Form
The official Housing Bureau offers various kinds of efficient and convenient hotel reservation service for the ICCAS 2005 (International Conference on Control, Automation and Systems) in Gyeong Gi, Korea.
This recommendation on hotels as below was made after careful consideration of several factors, in particular security, moderate price, traffic situation and the free shuttle service.
According to the high demands on the lodging in Seoul, we may not be able to secure further rooms with the special rates after 15 May, 2005.
All the participants are entitled to the deeply special rates that have been arranged by the Housing Bureau. For obtaining the special rates, please make your hotel reservation with the Housing Bureau. It will bring you the most convenient and efficient ways in terms of your accommodation service.

General Announcement

1. All the room rates are for per night per room as well exclude breakfast and the 10% service charge, 11% tax.
2. Check-in 14:00 / Check-out 12:00 noon

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation 7 days before your check-in date: 30% of one night room rate will be charged.
2. Cancellation 3~6 days before your check-in date: 50% of one night room rate will be charged.
3. Cancellation 2 days before your check-in date or No-show: one night room rate will be charged.

4. Budget Inn (Korean Style Motel)
 
Budget watchers may enjoy the homey hospitality of a Korean-style inn, or ¡°Yeogwan¡±. A Yeogwan typically provides a Korean mattress called YO, a Korean quilt, IBUL, and a hard pillow filled with wheat husks called BEGAE. In chilly weather, the room is warmed by ondol, Korea's unique system of under-floor heating. For an additional charge, meals can also be served in the privacy of one's own room.
Today many yeogwans have bed (mostly single bed), private bathrooms with hot water and TVs. Reservations are not normally required. Unlike hotels guests are requested to pay out for their rooms when checking in.
Most of them might have some problem with English and the public transportation from the ICN (airport).

For your reference we introduce you some budget inns around the venue, KINTEX.
The Korea National Tourism Board recommends these motels. No matter how, it does not offer you any service qualified satisfactory service or free shuttle service.
The participants must do all the reservation directly since the organizer cannot be sure of its vacancy or quality.
