  Registration

ICCAS 2005 registration can be made by using the on-line registration (USD-based or Korean Won-based ) or completing the separate registration form (English or Korean ) and sending it by mail or fax to the following address:

Registration fees may be paid in advance by credit card, bank draft or bank transfer. At the Conference site, cash will also be accepted.

At least one of the authors must make an advance registration by April 15, 2005 in order for their paper to be included in the final program of the conference.

Conference registration includes a CD-ROM proceeding (all accepted papers), a digest book, two lunch coupons and a banquet ticket (not included for student registration).

Students are defined as full-time students, enrolled for degrees or diplomas with a university or another similar institution. Student status must be certified by the student's institution or advisor.

Cancellation Policy
Registration fees will be refunded with a cancellation fee of $20 (or 20,000 won) if written notification is received before April 15, 2005 After this date, no refund will be made (no refunds will be given for non-attendance).

  Paper Submission Guideline

- Final version of your paper in the PDF format must be submitted by April 15, 2005 through the conference website. Your paper should be prepared based on the ICCAS 2005 style file which can be found at the ¡°Style File of Full Paper¡± of ¡°Author¡¯s Kit.¡± The page limit for each paper is six pages, but a maximum of 2 additional pages will be permitted at an extra page charge of US$30 per page.


- A digest of your paper must be submitted together with your paper by April 15, 2005.

  Oral Presentation

The plenary speeches will have 50 minutes for presentation and discussion. The Invited speeches will 40 minutes for presentation and discussion.The regular oral presentation will have 20 minutes for presentation and discussion (15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion).

   Poster Presentation

For poster sessions, each author is provided with a bulletin board on which a summary of the paper can be displayed. The speaker must stay near the bulletin board during the session to answer the questions of attendees. In order to ensure a high quality presentations, all poster materials must be in a printed form (handwritten texts will not be accepted). The board is 1m wide and 1.5m high.

* Presentation Time: 1 hour 40 minutes
* The authors should prepare their own poster presentation at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of each poster session.
* At least one author should keep his position and answer to the questions.
* After the session, the authors must clean up their panels within 10 minutes.
